Local Classes (Ashby, Heather, Packington, Swannington)
I draw on my 30 years of practising yoga to provide creative and mindful yoga sequences. I love to guide students regardless of age, life stage and ability and give them the true experience and benefits of yoga. My classes focus on synchronising movement with breath, whilst developing strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration. Relaxation is woven into the class throughout, together with an inspirational and motivational theme to inspirit everyone. I incorporate breathing techniques and meditation which help to calm, restore and soothe the nervous system. To complete each class, there is a restorative relaxation.
I offer three different types of classes:
Gentle flow – this class will leave you feeling calm, quiet, reflective, and restored. It is slow paced, the perfect class to either set you up for the day ahead or to release tension and stress built up during the day. It is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Energy flow – this class will leave you feeling strong, positive, energised and refreshed. It encourages a willingness to explore more challenging postures to experience an overall feeling of strength. Some experience of yoga is recommended, but not essential as I break postures down, modify them, and encourage people to take it to a level they feel happy with.
Chair Yoga – this class is ideal for anyone seeking a gentle yet effective practice that is accessible to all abilities. Using a chair for support, it focuses on improving flexibility, balance, and posture. Perfect for building confidence and mindfulness, this class leaves you feeling relaxed, centred, and rejuvenated.

I run weekly yoga classes in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Coalville, Heather, Packington, Swannington and other venues in North West Leicestershire and Leicestershire. I also run a weekly online yoga class via Zoom.

Private Classes
1:1 or 1:2 / Family Yoga / Garden Yoga
Perhaps you are new to yoga and not ready to attend a new class or maybe you have a specific area that needs to be addressed, then a private class tailored specifically for your own needs would be suitable. Or you may want to simply share a practice with your family and friends in the comfort of your own home or garden. The classes can either be ongoing or just for a one-off occasion, depending on however many classes you would like.

Workplace Wellbeing
I offer either 45 or 60 minute classes to help ease the tension experienced when sat at a desk for hours hunched over a computer. This will be valuable time out for all employees to refresh and revitalise, to increase energy and improve concentration and team morale. The sessions can be delivered in house or via Zoom and will explore breathing techniques and physical stretching to instil a feeling of wellbeing.

Workshops
I run workshops throughout the year where I explore a whole range of topics. Here are some examples of workshops that I have run in the past:
Cultivating Contentment Yoga Workshop – a morning of yoga and meditation to nourish the soul and to allow a greater feeling of fulfilment and peace of mind.
Journey Through The Chakras – a flowing yoga practice to bring into balance the seven energy centres of the body.
Being Open-hearted Is More Fun – a morning of yoga to release energy and create energy in our chest area to feel a greater amount of love, hope and compassion.
Seasonal Yoga Workshops
Every year, it is a tradition of mine that I hold seasonal workshops. I always like to honour the changing of the seasons and mark the occasion of the Summer and Winter Solstices and Spring and Autumn Equinoxes.
The seasonal workshops are fun and creative and help to align our energy with the energy of each season, so that we live our lives more in accordance with nature’s pace and feel more in harmony with the energy of the natural world around us.
