Local Classes

My classes in the community are warm, welcoming, and friendly. I create an atmosphere for everyone to be able to truly relax and clear their minds. All you need to bring initially is your lovely yoga mat and perhaps a blanket if you like to wrap yourself up for the relaxation at the end of the class. The village hall venues are spacious, warm and inviting and they are all in quiet locations, perfect for yoga.
The benefit of a group class is that it is a shared experience of peace, and we work together in harmony and share the whole experience of relaxation.
Online Classes and Recordings
My online class is fabulous if you don’t want to have to leave the house again after coming home from work, or if you just want to roll out of bed in the mornings and do yoga in your PJs!
The beauty of online yoga is that you give yourself the opportunity to relax in the comfort of your own home and create a calm, quiet and peaceful place for you to retreat in times of need, it’s like a home retreat. It’s an extremely versatile way of practising, you can practise in your home, your garden and even if you go away on holiday. If you can’t attend any of the live classes you may like to have recordings, which can be emailed out to you.
If you have not used Zoom before, please contact me with any questions and I can help you set it up and download the app onto your device. Here are some guidance notes which may help you to maximise the experience of an online yoga class.
Local and Online Class Prices
One-Off Class
£8.50
Single drop-in local, online or recorded class.
Monthly Pass
£32.00
Four local classes, four online classes and/or recorded classes. (Sometimes with longer months, there will be 5 classes, so it will be £40.00)
THE CLASS PASSES MUST BE USED WITHIN THE MONTHLY BLOCK. CLASSES CANNOT BE CARRIED OVER OR REFUNDED.
If you miss a class either in-venue or online, you can transfer to another class within the month, or I can send out a recording on request. All recordings expire after seven days of receipt.
